Yoga Therapy is a fully customized, holistic process that will help you develop positive habits and routines centered around personal wellness goals. Together we consider how to bring the whole person into balance - body, mind and soul. We address stress, tension, chronic pain and postural alignment while also investigating the emotional, mental and spiritual parts of our body and how these areas can contribute to physical ailments. Self care tools such as breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation, self reflection and mindful movement are used to help establish balance. Regular implementation of prescribed practices plus additional yoga therapy sessions will lead to personal transformation - guaranteed!

4 Steps to Work Together:

  1. Book Free Connection Call

    30 minutes to explain the process, answer questions and share intentions

  2. Complete Intake Form and Waiver in order to schedule Intake Session.

  3. Intake Session (90 min)

    This piece of the puzzle is the main difference between a custom yoga therapy program versus a regular private yoga session. It is a 90-minute session that includes the following: review of the intake form, goal setting, postural and functional movement assessment and a short yoga practice that introduces new tools.

  4. Schedule Follow-up Sessions as needed (60 - 90 min).

    These sessions are usually 60-minutes unless you are processing grief or trauma in which case they may be 90-minutes. It is recommended to schedule weekly or bi-monthly in the initial phases of working together, then work towards a cadence that feels natural to you.
